not able to do many sets....

i do the first set like nothing, but it went down quickly, like for example i can do 150lb for 10reps on the first set, and the next set is only 5 reps, then 3 reps, can anyone tell me whats the problem there?? thank u

I'm not an expert but thats naturally getting tired. Mine are roughly around that too, I try and force a last rep in though, usually I only make it half way.

whats your rest in between sets? you should leave at least 1 min of rest between sets to let your metabolites, neural factors, etc. return closer to normal levels, especially if you're looking to gain strength.
