 Hey I'm new to ft and I'm 17 years old. I'm so glad that I found this site because I'm wanting to get into shape before my wedding day Feb 14,2006. I want a sexier body for my fiance and mostly for myself cause in past relationships that I was in the guy I was dating told me I was fat and ugly and all that kind of stuff and now I am 125 pounds and my stomach just doean't let me wear the kind of clothes that I want to cause it is always sticking out you know and I want to be able to look beautiful in my wedding dress and just feel ALOT better about myself for me...Thanks

welcome toned_body17 to FT... and you should rest asure that u have made a right decision towards your goal of good and healthy body.. a body u will be proud of in coming years.. but there is one thing u should keep in mind.. it is not a matter of one day, one week or one month to get back in shape.. it takes time and dedication..
just get ur program from FT.. get ur nutrition plan.. and STRICTLY follow it.. every good thing comes gradually.. and so will ur body too.. just keep on working HARD to get it.. the more u stay on right path.. the better results you get.. do ur workout, eat clean, sleep well.. give ur body rest and u'll be fine at the end of day...
good wishes on ur health and fitness... keep us posted about ur progress.. if u need something to ask.. just post it and someone knowledgable will answer u for sure :)

toned_body17,
Hey, gald you could join. This is the perfect place for starting a new healthy life. Listen, don't ever let anyone be responsible for telling you how much you're worth. If you do, then people will walk all over you the rest of your life. We're all human, and all of us have areas that could use some work, so what? Your self worth, and how you envision your new body will be the common denominators when finding the motivation to do this. Like dominator said, time, dedication, and a serious nutrition plan will be how you get that body we all know you can achieve. Stick with it, hang around here and ask questions, and get some. Good luck.
