I got a shoulder injury i think, not really bad but it burns out easily, i could probably work through it but i want to let it heal right, Havent been to the gym in a week, what can I do that wont work my shoulder? or should i work it a little?
Well I just had one week where I couldn't work my upper body so lots of cardio, leg work, lower back extensions and abs. Make sure to eat a lot of proteins etc so you wont loose any muscle.
Have you seen a doctor?
