Rev8ball, the girl with you in your pic, I want my body to look like her body! heehee!
I used to look like that, and after having 4 children, and the last one 7 months ago...I am trying to get that body back, is this possible? I have lost about 60 pounds since Sept. of 2004, and have been doing cardio only right now to get the fat off first (5 days a week, 30 to 40 minutes, one day of HIIT)....I am now 165 pounds, ugh and want to be 135 or less, with definition of course, well like her...what do I really need to be doing, my goal is July to have all the weight off, but I will be happy if next July I am completely in shape, it will be my 40th birthday..and want to be in the best shape I have ever been in....what do I need to be doing every day to get to this goal?

It is Monica Brant, and it takes years of dedication to get to that level. Jajewel, you will need to just keep motivated and continue to get rid of the fat. Once you get to the ideal weight, the definition will become more apparent. Be warned, it will be hard since you have children but we are here to help keep you motivated...

jajewel, sorry about the delay - I took the weekend off from the internet.
Moncia is a great person. And her physique is only surpassed by her personallity and intelligence.
If you've already been physically fit, your body has incredible memory, and you will be able to get back to it. No matter what your goals, your success is based on training, diet, and rest. As you're just getting back into it, start with one of the programs here at FTs, and, as you progress foward, you will be able to adapt your training from there. Remember: you need resistance training in conjunction with your cardio!
Don't ever hesitate to email me here for help.
Good luck!

Thank you! Nice to know my body has a great memory, it's been a few years and another baby later, but I see the results, it's just taking me longer this time. I know how to do it, I guess, it's just getting back the vision of what I want to look like again.Thank you!
