I found this recipe for "Athlete Cookies", do you think these are ok?
1 c whole wheat flour
1 c rolled oats
1/4 c wheat germ
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 c brown sugar
1/2 c raisins
1/4 c chocolate chips
1 egg
1/4 c margarine
1/2 c natural peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla
It is really up to you. You know your goals and limits in your diet. I would be careful since it does has several ingredients that contain sugar and hydrogenated oil.
