hi my name is helen and I have just strated this new work out program with my husband Lee and we both need to be motivated. How are you all motivating yourselves? this is a totally new concept to us both and are not sure of the best ways in which to motivate each other.:)

hay welcome to FT.. first of all.. u already have a motivation.. that is why u you and ur husband started to work out.. you know what?.. first step is the most dificult one.. and believe me when i say that every day u workout will give u new motivation.. ur results after a few weeks would be a success story.. u just need to be committed thats all...
we are all here to help.. you can talk to us whenever u want to/need to/require to :)...

oh yeah.. and one more thing.. i started working out about 2 and a half month ago.. have lost 3 inches in my waistline.. am more energatic.. love to get up and go out... laugh a lot... and THATs the truth :big_smile:
now i don't know if this is a motivation..

i would love to help motivate someone, and of course i need motivation also, i just find it so much more easier when you have someone there who cares how your doing. so please if anyone wants to help me...please post here or email me at monal25@hotmail.com and just put motivator so i'll know what it's about. thanks alot.

Hi, i am glad to see that someone else needs help wth motivation. I have just done my first weeks workout and I have already lostnearly 2 kg, with the help of healthier eating and cutting down on my alcohol intake. My legs after the first day were sore and stiff but the second work out seemed to loosen them up again. I think it is really working in getting me in shape and fitter, the same goes for my husband lee. Do keep working out and you will get the same if not better results. Let me know how you get on.:big_smile:
