i want to keep building lean muscle mass but i need to decrease my body fat%. i am 6'4" and 245lbs. my body fat is about 24 and i want to decrease to about 16. Any suggestions on sure fire plans.

Yep put on more lean muscle mass and eat cleaner....

AND (the hardest one) PATIENCE!!!

Eat REALLY clean! Like Philia says. BF takes a while to disappear.
Oh, and don't forget, high protein to build the muscle which in turn will burn the fat.

LOL funny u make a thread about this. BB1Fit posted a great article about Cardio vs no Cardio. Might be good for you to read.

I think u probably should incorporate cardio with weightlifting, and most importantly, dont cheat at all on your diet. Bodyforlife.com is a very very good plan to cut down fat and build / maintain muscle at the same time. 12 weeks and I could see you at about 18% body fat if you did it verbatim.
