Hello all- hope your day is going well. Just thought I'd stop in and say hi. I started my program today, I'm hurting something fierce at the moment, but it's that good hurt, right? :big_smile:
Anyways, I thought I'd tell ya what I hit today - machine squats and machine leg curls. The squats were good - did 20/16/15/14 @ 50lbs each, the machine curls kicked me! was able to finish the first two sets @ 50lbs but fatigue set in and was only able to go 13/9 on the last two which should have been 14/12. Oh well, another day. Anyways, howdy and we'll see ya soon.
