I'm about 107lbs right now and that's actually good... cuz it's a long way from where i was not long ago - my question is this:
If I'm 107lbs, and I'm trying to build majorly, how much protein am I supposed to be consuming daily? Combining the amt of protein I get from the whey shakes and my daily eating habits I usually have been recently getting anywhere between 150grams and 200.... sometimes more, sometimes less... rarely less. Is this too much protein? Cuz I read somewhere that I'm only supposed to get my weight in protein. 107grams? Also - I take in 3-4,000 calories daily, sometimes a lil more, rarely a little less.

u can take more then 1g per pound.. normally 1.5g is also suggested... i've read that u can have 2-3g per pound too.. depending upon the exercise program u r following... besides.. excess protein tends to go out of body through urine anyways.. so i think u r okay with it
