I NEED TO LOOSE A LITTLE WEIGHT AND WANT TO TONE UP, LIKE MANY OF US IM IN A JOB WERE I DONT MOVE ABOUT MUCH, BUT MY BIG PROBLEM IS THAT I DONT LIKE CERTAIN FOODS LIKE FISH AND ALOT OF VEGATABLES( CABBAGE, CAULIFLOWER, SPINACH, SPROUTS,) AND THE LIST GOES ON, THE OTHER PROBLEM IS THAT IVE MOVED BACK HOME AND MY PARENTS ARE EX MILITARY AND THEY MAKE ENOUGH DINNER TO FEED A SMALL ARMY, AND I GET GREIF IF I SAY I DONT WANT ANY OR SAY I DO MY OWN, BOTH MY PARENTS USED TO BE REALLY SLIM BUT ARE NOW ON THE LARGE SIDE AND I DONT WANT TO END UP LIKE THEM.. DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY ADVICE....!!!:)

if you don't like veges and fish.. then the best choice would be chicken breast.. or infact chicken as a whole would do fine.. you can have red meat too.. but then u have to have it very lean... try eating egg whites... just keep in mind as long as u r taking high protein foods.. and complex carbs in the first half of the day.. (or atleast about 6 hours b4 u go to bed).. you are fine.

along with all this.. you'd be better if u put 2 to 3 workout days in ur routine also... if ur parents are military then they might be more then happy for u to do some exercises...

thanks for that, ill drill that into the parents about the food, as for the exercise i run every other night and i get the mountain bike out at the weekend, so hopefully ill be ok either that or ill get really thin up top and big chunky legs, lol....!!

lolzzz... now there would be a sight to have

buddy u need to do some weight exercises.. the ones u r talking about will more probably make u slim and all but most of what u'll lose will be ur muscles.. try doing some weight exercises twice a week atleast...

I have never done anything like joining an online dieting group! I need help with a work out routine. I joined the gym a month ago! so far I have only missed one day. I am not achieving the results that I had originally hoped for I have cut my fat and calorie intake way back. HELP ME to achieve better resulys PLEASE!!!

lkeith.. consistancy and committment.. there is no miracle anyone can perform to get slim and toned.. it takes time.. get a program from FT.. get a nutrition plan.. follow them both.. and u r on ur way to ur goal :)
