Alrigt, here is my situation. I was doing to 12 week strength and mass gain program and at about week 8 I messed up my right wrist by picking up a dumbbell carelessly. Which resulted in tearing a ligament in my right wrist. Because of this I stopped training in the middle of the program. Now it is about 4 weeks since the injury and I feel ready to work out again. So....should I just start the 12 week strength and mass program over?? BTW, my goal is to get stronger and bigger (as fast as I can, with out any supplements). Or, should I start another program? PLease help, any answers or other advice would be helpful.

I would start the program over. This will most likely be the best way to get back into it. Sorry to hear you are not using supplements. This would greatly enhance your performance and would have helped minimize the adverse effects of the four week layoff. Good luck.

Ditto w8lifters response, just start out with lighter, comfortable weights, especially anything involving the hurt part. Go easy and steadily, you will do nothing but improve yourself. If you ate any kind of a decent diet while you were off, you probably kept most of your previous gains. Best of luck to you.
