this is the wrong thread to post this....powerlifting is more concerned with pure strength/power gains without much concern for look of the body...
Try powerlifting workout doing heavy squats, deadlifts, incline bench press, rows, pull ups, dips, close grip bench press, curls....etc...while consuming high protein diet with high healthy fat intake and low to moderate complex carb intake....to lose weight you'll have to cut calories(although for powerlifting this may prove counterproductive)....but as a beginner you may still get good gains even when cutting calories.....
