Supplements can be a great aid with your health and fitness goals. Combined with the proper exercise and nutritional plan they can be quite effective.

hi,
i'm trying to gain lean muscle mass and also get more cut (have a bit of fat to burn) in the process. i work out five-six days a week with one or two rest days. three out of those five days, i do 30 mins of cardio before my workout. i've been looking after my diet and have also been taking whey supplements.
i was wondering if i should now start taking creatine. the problem is that i basically have the next month, where i can work out regularly. after the month, i'll be forced to be less regular, and will probably not have a fixed regimen. given this situation, should i go ahead and take creatine for this month? i guess the idea would be to maximize the possible gains and then try and just maintain them. on the other hand, the argument can go that given the difficulty i'll face in working out with the same intensity, i'll just end up losing any extra gains, and become "soft".
any advice would be much appreciated.
thanks.

if you are just starting, drop creatine, you dont need it.
focus on your diet, get in loads of protein and exercise hard, add a bit of cardio and you got the blend.

Start with creatine once/if you hit a plateau. Save your money for now
