Hey everyone,

I am new to this sight, and have been really impressed with my first few workouts. I am on the recommended diet given by ft, but I was wondering what else I should do to loose by gut and love handles?

Welcome to FT. It really helps to use the nutrition plan and diet tracker provided and get as close to the recommended levels as possible. You'll see what foods you can take out/add etc. Also, cardio is a must, 3-4 times a week along with and preferably after your weight training. It's up to you and your schedule really. Are you signed up for the 12 week ab program? It's good.
Keep motivated, keep your diet clean, and do the suggested workouts and you'll see gains (or, losses in that case):)
