I am only 14, and I have a really sore back, and Its slowed me down alot in life.. Made me drop wrestling and bugs me in every sport. I would like to know if anywon could post some back exercises I could do every night to maybe make it better, eventually. This pain has been going on for about a year, and I have had enough with it. Somewon please help?

And I was also wondering about a chyropractor(sp? :P) and If it would relieve my back pain.

Have you seen a doctor yet? Also if your back is that bad?Now might not be time to jump into weight training like you mentioned in the powerlifting thread.

first get it checked out to make sure there are no serious medical problems....if you get the go ahead....then

start doing, deadlifts, good morning, hypers, lower back machine, ......all help...do reps of 12-15....with good form....rest 2-3 minutes....
