im well aware of how bad sweets and cakes are so i stay away from these, but i love to eat mints is this bad or not. cheers all.

Guess that would raise the question of how big are your hands? :laugh:

It shouldn't cause any problems...check the brand and see if the package has some nutritional information or check on the net. If it's a small amount then you would likely burn it off eating and digesting it. But then again I'm new to the whole healthy eating and workout thing and learning as I go, so feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.

check the package & see how much damage you are doing (is there sugar free of them??)

then decide if you want to give them up or add or enough cardio to balance them out :big_smile:
