I was just reading in a fitness magazine, it said:
"As a general rule, if you're looking to build thicker, more pronounced abdominals, do sets of 10-15 reps (of some kind of abs exercises); 15-25 for some size and degree of muscular endurance; and more than 25 reps if you're after a toned appearance without much size"
I think this is weird, doesn't less reps=less size???, Is it that to get a "washboard middle section" i need to do more reps, but if i do less reps, i get bigger abs??, its weird, can anyone explain?
