When you read the back of packets where it gives the nutritional information per 100g is that raw or cooked?

Thanks

Reddy's right if it comes in packets it means per packet. It sometimes will state cooked or uncooked, but if not go by uncooked. Or you can check out nutritiondata.com and it will specify cooked or uncooked.

I’m a still a little confused does the nutritional information change after you cook things? . Basically I was eating extra lean beef and per 100g is 124kcal, protein 20.9, fat 4.5

After I cooked it I weighed it and it came to 300g’s of beef, but its raw weight is 500g’s. So do I go by the whole weight of the packet or the weight of when it’s cooked? (I hope that makes sense)

I was working the total calories out to be 372 when it should have been 620? And the protein should have been a lot higher?

Would appreciate any help, thanks.
