hi. :) Well..I'm 5'6 and I weigh around 160. I really want to get into better shape. I don't feel that I'm fat..but that I'm chubby. I don't care about the number I weigh..I'm not trying to lose weight..but just look better..which might be losing some weight. I'm really clue-less on what exercises to do, how often I should be doing them? I've been doing 160 crunches everyday now for a while. When I feel my stomach it feels harder than it used to be, I can't really tell by looking at it yet..but I don't know if I need to push harder and do more or what? I've only been doing that for maybe a little over and week now. So, I've just started and I know it takes time. I'm really looking forward to getting into better shape. :) I just need to be told what to do, lol. I'm looking to be able to do exercises that doesn't require equipment..and I'm not looking for muscles to show..like six packs and that stuff..(sorry for being so clue-less about all this) but just looking to get into better shape and be stronger and less chubby. Thank you soooo much! :)
yup reddy is right.. u r overtraining them.. and signing for the program would be the best advice...and for the other body parts.. you can train them without weights at home with.. body dips.. chinning bar... situps.. push ups etc.. give a search in fit buddy at the bottom of the page.. their is a lot of information available in here..
