ok i know im not supposed to use all these prohormones and whatnot at 16, but imo its a better alternative to steroids(i play hs fb btw so i want to stay competitive).. now ive been working out for about 3.5 years and only took protein as far as supplements go...the particular thing i wanted to take was 4-diol by ast(i know they are illegal but i know some1 who has it)... so my question is do i need to take estrogen blockers and zma and all that other good stuff.. ive done a fair amount of research, but since 4-diol was not intended for 16 year olds, im not sure if the same estrogen blockers and stacking apply... thanks for the help..ps if anyone could recommend a certain stack itd be appreciated..

dude i don't know where u live but all pro-hormones were banned January of this year. unless u live outside the US your looking into illegal supplements.

vkng it's tempting isn't it? just don't do it....you're way too young...you may disrupt your hormonal balance at this critical stage and may stunt your growth or develop female characteristics, etc...you have not even peaked with your natural testosterone production......
also although you say you worked out for 3.5 years.....somehow I have a feeling you're counting those curls you did once a week...if I am way wrong so be it...but at 12.5 years of age I somehow can't see you doing serious weight lifting.... you want serious natural gains? check out powerlifting forum.... if in the future you do decide....you should just go with steroids....smaller dosages, same sideeffects anywayz, better results, etc....you definetely need to stack aromatizing steroids with estrogen blockers , liver protection, and 6-OXO (you mess up with proper stacking...you're asking for some bad sideeffects)or something else to restart your natural production once you're done witht he cycle.......but i really really really hope you don't.....not for the bs you see on tv....but just for the personal pride......i will understand if it's a decision where you are guaranteed NFL contract...but..in HS....no reason...., for information....check out www.steroidology.com and www.elitefitness.com..... | |

to skinnym i know they are illegal but some1 this guy i know stocked up on them i guess and is selling it...and i really did work out at 12.5.. i didnt do powerlifting exercises like i do now for football, but i brother was big on bodybuilding and i worked out like 4 days a week with him... i see what your saying menace the only thing is when kids on my football team workout in the weightroom just as hard as i do and they are getting like doulbe the gains i am, well you know... plus the fact that i have to line up against them in scrimmages and be at a pretty big disadvantage,.. but ill take what you said into consideration, thanks for the help

thing is.......don't blow your dreams in highschool. Highschool isn't the real world......and if you plan on play football anywhere else( college) and they find out you taking juice.........that will follow you the rest of your life. Your way way way too young to even think about it. Its expensive, which I doubt you have the money for all of the supplements you need.
You've only been play football in highschool a few years.....so I doubt honestly your on 1st string anyways......seniors and jrs are mainly gonna play. If you are on the 1st string, they are bigger than you are.... cause they are OLDER THAN YOU. And been workingout and playing football longer. NOt everyone bigger than you is on juice. If your team was jumping off a bridge, you gonna go too? well i dont plan on taking actual steroid like dbol or anything, i wanted to take andro (4-diol to be specific) i just wanted to know if i should take estrogen blockers and all that lol... and as far as the 1st stringer thing goes, my school has jv and freshman teams so i did start on those... chances are i wont start this year since it will mostly be seniors... i know that every1 bigger than me is not on juice, im just talking about the 3 or 4 kids my age that are taking real steroids and seeing pretty big gains... i dont want to risk taking injections or anything like that, just 4-diol because i read it was one of the more safer prohormones but was also more anabolic than most of the others..

Good post for the most part Menace! You are right on in your analysis of where he is at and his experience level.
On the other hand, "stacking" of the substances you mentioned is not the right thing to do. yea... i had a feeling I messed up along the way there somewhere while talking about stacking of the steroids...i was looking into it a while ago...and probably messed up...there are different types of steroids and different issues with each...i should have reread some of the info on that....eh....yea...I jumbled the cycle with post cycle therapy issues into one...lol....
either way....vkn 'real' steroids might be safer than the precursors to steroids you're considering taking....ironically enough.... check out http://www.muscletalk.co.uk/article-beginners-steroids-faq.asp for basic info on steroids... but consider waiting...continue to supplement legally....and work your butt off.....it will pay off....by the time you're a senior you'll see serious improvements....don't give in so easily.... | |

prohormone is still concidered a steriod, even though its a precusor, and is on the banned drug lists for college.....so I know its on highschool one more than likly.

definetely....plyometrics/olympic lifts are amazing at pure power and speed gains....if you're power and fast then no one can touch you....
Some guys are so powerful that they can throw you around at fairly low bodyweight and size....I experienced this in basketball and I know this is even more apparent in football... | |

Don't take it.
There are supplements you can take to prevent or decrease the chances of most the side effects. but on the downside, most of the supplements that do that job best are only available through prescription, or the black market. you would most likely need to take nolvadex to block the estrogen levels, and some other side effects |
