hello all, i am new at this site and just recently started working out , i want to eat 6 meals per day, but sitting down to try to figure all the math on dividing my plan into 6 meals per day is really tough. here is what i am needing per day , thought maybe if anyone knew what foods were the best to hit my target you could tell me. 255g of protein--595g of carbs--118g of fat--and 4250on calories.

Protein - 42 grams
Carbs - 99 grams
Fat - 20 grams

That would be how much per meal you would eat if you use that ration. If you eat 118 grams of fat a day, be prepared to gain a lot of fat, if your just wanting to gain muscle mass and some fat I would eat no more than 60 grams of fat a day. Unless your going to be doing a lot of exercising, you don't really need 600 grams of carbs a day either.

Good foods are whole wheat bread, tuna fish, steaks, peanut butter, whole milk, poached eggs, chicken breast, rice, and beans.
