how much weight

hello all, i am new to all this , and have been reading the topics here, seem like very smart people. anyway, i have got my plan to lift weights here from this site, but was wondering that when it says do 12 then 10 then 8 then 4 is the weight kept the same?

Nope... typically, when the reps lower, the weight goes up... so say 12 at 10lbs, then 10 at 12lbs... and so on...
