No, it is not. Dedication and perseverance will pay dividends.

I hope not. Just lying on the tracks myself wondering when my stupid gene kicked in to let me get so out of shape. I reckon about 18 years ago.

weight training at ANY age will yield great dividents....it's by no means easy....as you get older you have to alter your exercising to adjust to your body....resting more and taking more days in between....your body recovers slower so you must take precautions as much as you can and use good form...it's even more important when you get older because an injury will take longer to recover from if you tweak a muscle or whatever else might happen....so keep this in mind...

I hope not! I'm 43 today and have a lot more determination now than I did when I was 23.

Your Name Here

I ran outta gas. I had a flat tire. I didn't have enough money for cab fare. My tux didn't come back from the cleaners. An old friend came in from outta town. Someone stole my car. There was an earthquake, a terrible flood, locusts. It wasn't my fault!! I swear to God!!

I have a 75 year old man that I train every week day in the gym I work at, and he has seen great results. Never be discouraged by your age. As the great one (Arnold) would say "Your too old not to start!"
-Arnold's Encyclopedia a.k.a the bodybuilding bible

Keep on working out, if you haven't starting then start working out. Take care of yourself. You'll only get better from now on if you start taking care of your self physically. :)

You'll be surprised to know that 40 is an excellent time to decide to be healthy. Good luck you'll feel GREAT.
