I hate sweet potatoes but i hear its one of the best things after a workout besides of course the PROTEIN. Ive been forcing them down by mixing them with mashed apples (or apple sauce, and that seems to be the only way i can eat them. Anything wrong with this? By taking it lots of protein, eating lots of sweet potatoes reducing my fat drinking lots of water is this a good diet to put on mass yet try and keep defined and have a 6 pack?? Im open to suggestions! Thanks. Also i have been using creatine and have been getting big gains! I am also thinking about going down and purchasing some Whey tomorrow. Its hard to get in all the protein you need sometimes so I think this would help alot! again get back to me guys! thanks.
