Im just getting back into the weightlifting routine and A friend wanted me to do a bench press compitition(for fun)on may 21st. Any advice on how to prepare for it. should I double up on my chest excersises (twice a week) or are there special chest excersises. any advice on supplements while im at it.:dumbbell:
welcome to FT chellie.. if u want to increase ur bench press.. give a search in fitbuddy at the bottom of the page and u'll get plenty of threads discussing increasing bench press.. have a look in powerlifting section of the message board also... this topic has been covered many a times:)
