I read somewhere that if you continue to lift with your good arm, your other arm will make gains or not lose as much. Also, continue squatting, and working everything else.
-------------- The best feeling in the world is the feeling you get after a tough set of squats after you step back from the power rack and throw up all over the floor.

when you get back into things, start off your exercises with your weaker arm, and only match them with your stronger arm. that'll bring you back to an even playing level.

im still going to do abs and legs, but thats about all i can do. apparently ammino acids are good for keeping your mass when you cant work out.

Why not lower back? You could be doing good mornings, hyperextension, reverse hypers, etc. The lower back is very important for powerlifters. Train the posterior chain!

safety squat bar??? deep chambered bar?? Im sure you could at least use one hand to hold either of these in place. I know of a kid on our wrestling team that broke his hand after he lost a match (punched the bleachers), and he balanced the bar with his good hand and his forearm of his other hand. just a suggestion. Just try to maintain more than anything, dont look to break any records yet.

do as many lower excercises as possible, go jogging, and there isnt really to much you can do with the upper body good luck with it heal quick
-------------- Don\'t think you cant do it know you can do it.

I know, it puts you in a real slump. Just try to look forwards, and think of how good it will feel when you finally get to deadlift again. That was my motivation each time i broke my collarbone.

And try to keep a level head next time LOL!!
It may not sound so cool to just walk away but it typically turns out to be the better course of action in the long run.

i didnt have much of a choice in the matter, in the corner of a basment. not much room to walk away, i honestly didnt want to fight the guy.
But holy shit, im going nuts. i always liked lifting but i never knew how much i loved it. the madness ensues.
