I heard swimming is a great form of cardio and is one of the best things to tone your body and get it looking ready for the beach. I am currently taking creatine and was looking to put on muscle mass and now im just looking to maintain and tone up my body while still gaining a few pounds here and there. Can anyone provide me any info about swimming?? Anything worked for you guys?? Any form in particular?? Butterfly, front call, back stroke etc? If you could give me some feedback about if its worked for you or what i could do to see some improvements id really appreciate it. Thanks.
Swimming is an excellent full body cardio movement, and it can become like HIIT almost in the anerobic component involved in it, the resistance of the water.
