I just finished my 8 week program, and I think I did a good job really sticking with it and found results. Now that I'm done I'm not sure where to go from here. Should I start another 8 week program? Should I take a week or two off first? Should I tailor my own personal custom workout plan? I would like to keep working out, but I don't want fall into a rut because I never changed my routine enough or something.
Take the week off... muscles grow during rest... so, they will continue to during your time off... keep your diet pretty clean and you'll be alright.. after your week, pick another plan from FT or organize one of your own...
