I am new around here and have been hearing lots about the cutting diet. I was doing a search and saw some people's diet plans but as a female should I be doing something different. Somehow taking 5 scoops of protein a day seems a little high for me seeing as I am not trying to build that much muscle mass, anyone have any suggestions???
