Hello,
Im new to FT and have a few questions:

> Im just under 6 foot, 85Kg and quite musculer (been on and off weights over the past 2 years). I want to build up my muscles and tone as well without having to put weight (or to much) on. How can this be acheived??

> I have been looking into the supplements and protein shakes on this site. Does anyone recommend these?? And if so which ones and what do they acheive??? Are there side effects???

> Any one know any good sites for exercises with videos or animations etc...

> What groups of muscles are best to work on same day. For example i would be working 3/4 days per week so i could do:

Day 1 - Biceps, forearms

Day two - Chest, shoulders ,triceps,

Day three - Back, Abds

I do alot of cycling so i am happy with my legs.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

MIke

Mike, welcome to FT...

Some of your questions can be answered like this: why not try an FT Program? Just put in your goals and it'll ine up a workout program for you.

I think those three days look good, but despite the fact you cycle, you should still throw legs in there... perhaps with bi's and forearms...

Hope that helps a little bit... I don't use supplements so I can't answer that part for you... but if you do a fit buddy search on this site, you'll get plenty of answers to all of your questions...
