i think the problem it is not your workout routine, only if you havent changed your routine for a while now...
i think the problem of you reaching a plateau is your diet.
what´s your current diet right now? whats your meal plan?
also, what are you mocronutritients ratio? (protein/carbs/fat)?

Actually, I dont know about the mocronutrients ratio...I just know what my diet consists of...M-Th I eat about 1500 calories a day..with about 150 grams of protien...very low carbs...and very low fat too especially in the saturated department...I keep my diet very consistent b/c I am trying to lower my body fat % right now before I start bulking again...but thats where my frustration is lying...I've been sticking to this and the only thing that seems to be happening is I lose weight on occasion..but I dont see much more definition...and I dont want to lose weight...i just have a really high metabolism...(It took me over 5 years to get from 145 to 175) ...

well, thats the problem.
IT IS NOT BY ELIMINTATING TOY CARBS THAT YOU WILL LOSE WEIGHT. it apllies to fats too.
1-.)you need to know what to consume in order to lose fat. as an example, did you know that in order to lose fat you need to consumme fat? i think you dont due to the low fat intake you have daily. (read about EFA)
2-.)no matter what you diet is, if you dont have at lest 1 -1.5g of protein per pound of body weight daily, dont expect muscel gains, soecially when your carb intake is as low as you are consumming.
i would be glad to help you but you havent filled up your profile.
whay dont you fill it up so i cant see how i can help you.?
