Hey...currently I've noticed that I have a little layer of fat above my abs. It's not huge but it still bugs me cause its keeping me from reaching the definition in my abs I'd like. Does anyone have any advice to loose this extra layer of fat without extensive dieting or cardio (I'd like to keep my weight or not loose too much weight...I'm happy in my work out routine with my current weight) or do you guys experience these are the most effective.

Start cycling your carbs and total daily calorie intake. For ex two days of 1500 calories, one day 1900, two days of 1500 etc (depending on your personal calorie need). A lot of good proteins and change your "normal" cardio into HIIT.
Good luck!
