I'm looking for an exercise program that will help me increase my sprinting speed. Im currently using a basic westside lifting regimen but wanna know what other excersises i should do in order to get my speed up. plyometrics and olympic lifts will help you....
check the powerlifting section....these issues ahve been discussed...do a search...
exercises like snatch, power cleans, jump squats, and other variations are very very helpful.....
