Okay so I know that breakfast is your most important meal and it helps get your metabolism get started. I've just moved out on my own at a big college campus and don't find that much time to cook a decent meal in the morning so i am curious if anyone has any suggestions for me. and whats a good meal routine to get into to get into a "cutting" phase along with working out. I've seen many different things like how many times to eat during a day and weither or not to eat snacks or not can someone led me some advice please?
