Looking for suggestions

I'm looking for some opinions on my cardio schedule. I'm 19, 5"10ish, about 158 lbs. I weight train 2 days on, 1 day off on that cycle. I typically do cardio and abs on the resistance rest days, but am wondering if the cardio is even necessary. (It is usually 1 cardio day of HIIT, and the next is regular, then HIIT, etc.) I am a relatively lean guy, the only area I have a predominance of fat on my body is around the midline. I'm looking to continue bulking up, so I was wondering if i could cut out the cardio completely, or down to just once a week of HITT.
My diet is pretty clean too (no fast food or trans fats, lots of protein/carbs/healthy fats, about 5 decent sized meals a day). So more or less, I'm looking to get rid of the fat around the midline without compromising muscle gain. My genetics are sort of against me, as I naturally have skinny arms and legs, but have been concentrating on bulking them up. So any suggestions?

well the basic rule of hand is.. if u want to bulk up.. reduce cardio... so if ur goal is to get heavy and big.. reduce the cardio until u get to ur desired size.. then do a cleaning phase to reduce the fat on ur body.. doing both the things at the same time would be pretty difficult..

my 2 cents... :)
