I EATTING A HIGH PROTION DIET AND TRYING TO PUT ON MUSCLE MASS. I HAVE KNOW IDEA WHEN TO CUT MY FOOD INTAKE AND HOW MUCH I SHOULD BE EATTING ON 12 WEEKS OUT. DOES ANY HAVE A DIET PLAN OUT THERE OR A WEB SITE I CAN GO TO THAT WILL GIVE ME A FIRST TIME COMPETITERS STEP BY STEP, 12 WEEKS OUT DIET PLAN TO FOLLOW RIGHT UP TO COMPETITION DAY?
