Is it possible to get too little fat in my diet? 30-50 grams should be plenty right? Also im wondering about building muscle. Do carbs and fats contribute at all to me getting stronger and building muscle?

Please fill out your profile so we can help you. You need clean carbs and good fats like olive oil. How many calories are you taking per day? What are the protein, carb, fat percentages? Until we know those things, there is no way to tell how many grams of fat are appropriate for you. You can use FT nutrition tracker if you aren't sure.

im doing the progressive gains diet. it says 2,500 calories 180g of protein 51.5g of fat. it's kind of hard to get that many calories with that little fat. ive been a little under for protein but once i get some whey powder i should be fine. i have a very healthy diet but i think i might be getting too few calories because im often tired and i dont seem to be getting a whole lot stronger at least not as fast as people im lifting with.
