I have this problem, I am pretty fit and have about 9% body fat on me. I have well defined abs and all. My problem is that even though I clearly have very little fat on me, my stomach tends to bulge out. This is especially prevalent after I've eaten. I know a swollen gut is somewhat normal after, but this looks unusually big. I do ab exercises every other day and they are fairly strong. What is the deal, how do I keep the gut sucked in without pulling it in myself?

i have the same problem, but its the result of my back. how fast do you eat? maybe you are filling with air. how much do you eat in one sitting? if you're taking in a ton, no matter how strong your abs are, your stomach is going to have to expand somewhere.
the bulge may also just be the result of the abs. strong, thick abs are going to be like any other muscle, and get bigger as they strengthen.

lock...I posted this thread yesterday and got some great info. Not sure if it's the same thing or not, but judge for yourself.
