I work on my abs at the end of my workouts but I've had trouble getting definition in my lower abs. Most of the things I do only work the upper abs and obliques. Any ideas of how to define my lower abs more?

My number one favorite is weighted leg raises. These are killer for the lower abs after doing upper first.. Variations are Roman chair, bicycles, etc. And then of course there is the little matter of your diet. Without diet, the lower abs will not show easily. One of the last things to show. The upper abs will always show first. Takes pretty much dieting to get the lowers really showing.

Also, inclining your sit ups past 30 degrees increases emphasis on the lower abs.

There are many things you can do for youre lower abs, I would suggest trying leg raises, scissor kicks, reverse crunches, lower abb machines (although not alot of gyms have those), and of course cardio and a good diet.
