I'm 15 years old almost 16 and 165 lbs. I was wondering what i can do to firm up my abs, chest, and arms. I was also wondering should i eat 6 small meals a day or 3 moderate size ones.
Welcome to FT! If you are serious about beginning a bodybuilding workout routine, your body will thank you when you eat 4-7 small meals per day than the standard 3.
