I get this after i run a long distance like yesterday 2 miles. This is kinda normal for me(heel pain) i was wondering if there's any excercise that might prevent me getting this injury again. I'm fairly young but maybe i should somehow change my running style

=============It sounds like you have plantars faciitis(heel spurs)Is the pain on the inner rear part of the heel? I've had the problem for about two years now. I tried everything, 6 cortizone shots, inserts in my sneakers, and stretching. Stretching is the only thing that helps me with the pain.
