cardio and mass???

If I am trying to put on some mass should I stop my cardio tranning until I gain the mass I want and am ready to lean down???? I need to gain about 15lbs. and I am a hardgainer.. I can lean out quick but I have a hard time gaining any wieght,, My strength is increasing well though...

Listen to your body, if your metabolism is high and you don't eat enough then yes doing cardio when trying to bulk would NOT be a good idea.
Now if you got some fat to get rid of (and don't want to gain a lot more) and you eat enough, then 3 times 20 mins of cardio weekly would not cause any problems (keeping the heart in shape....).

Thank you, yes My metabolism is high I do lose wieght easy, I have a slim build, and that what i want to change, I have been working on this real hard, I am getting tone, but not gainning the wieght I want, I guess I will lay off cardio for a while and see what happens, and yes one of my biggest probs is my eating habbits I have been eating real heathy for the last few months, but I know I dont eat enough I am single and live by myself and work alot so I know I need to increase my eating habbits,,, I am also taking whey protien and cell tech creatin and plenty of vitamins.. should I also add wieght gainner to that??? or is that enough?? thanks again for ur help Philia2

Weight gainers are normally full of empty calories, like sugar. read the label good if you do this. You are actually much better off if you can get in a couple good high caloric content meals loaded with complex carbs like an 8 oz. sweetpotato and one serving of pasta along with a cup of veggies and 40 or so grams of protein. this may sound like alot of food, but you really need to force yourself to eat this way, you will get used to it and gain good solid weight. Make your meals up at night, have them ready to go the next day so you can just pull it out of the fridge and eat. Invest in some MRP's for nutrition on the go. Good luck...

Thanks bb1fit,,, Im sorry what is MRP's?? And another question I have been trying to keep a good trainning log of what I do, Does anyone know if the make a CD rom program to do this with so u can track ur progress???
