I'm14 years old, i weigh in at 130 pounds and i'm 5'8or9. i want to lose the extra fat on my stomach so my abs are visible, but im confused with my diet. i'm italian so i eat pasta every night which is rich in carbs. i wont be able to change that so i'm wondering if it would help if i do about 40 minutes on a treadmill after dinner. also what is good and high in protein for breakfast/lunch. ( i dont wat to take any supplements but will accept suggestions abut them) thanks for your time everyone. (btw, if i drink 2 egg whites in the morning would that be atleast half of the appropriate protein intake for my day?)
