how much ephedra was in the products that consumed by the deceased. I don't know how much 10 mg of ephedra is when compared to supplements a couple years ago.

Does anyone know how much ephedra was in supplements like Hydroxycut, or ripped fuel, just curious?

I'm curious? Is that a good or a bad thing.

In my earlier days I worked nights and used to take this stuff just to stay awake and ended up hooked on it and taking way way way to much and did get extremely skinny. It worked well but I think it's partially the cause of my weight gain after I changed jobs and stopped using it. In moderation is it acceptable to use in weight loss? I wouldn't use it today just cause of my history with it...just curious. I will say if you want to use this then never never never exceed the recommended dosage...if you do you'll feel tempted to do it every week or so, because you'll think the effectiveness is wearing off cause you don't get that little buzz (which I used to like) anymore.

Also I think a "normal" recommended dosage (12 years ago) is about 100-200mg...don't recall for sure but 10mg seems to low.
