I'm wondering what else i should be doing and if i'm doing anything wrong. My goal is gaining strength and muscle size.
I work out at the gym 3 times a week, 1.5 hours each time, and about an 50 minutes every day when i don't go to the gym at home. Now at home it's obviously easy stuff, whatever i can actually do at home. Crunches, squats, pushups, stuff with 10 lb dumbbells i have, etc. At the gym i do about 70-80% of 1 RM, sets of 10-12, on all groups of muscles pretty much. I drink protein shakes after every workout and take vitamins(or w/e...mega mens stuff from GNC) every day.
But...i don't eat breakfast, i'm hungry for a good part of the day, i only eat twice a day(although i did start eating more lately), and i don't do any sports besides snowboarding in winter(no time and hate team sports).
I've been working out for about a year...i'm 16 btw. I definetely have some decent results, but right now i really wanna gain some strength and muscle size. Besides, my bones are not very big, so that doesn't help the situation. So...any advice?
