i am 18 and train 3-4 times a week. i am 5'11 and only 65KG. i want to bulk up and so want to use a supplement to assist me.
Does anyone have any recommendations? i am not sure whether a whey protein or weight gain powder would be better.
i was considering maybe la-whey or progain by maximuscle.

just go for a whey protein shake within 45 min after ur workout.. and just eat clean diet in 4-5 small meals a day.. that should do it for u...
