I am 6'1 200lbs, but not a solid 200. Darn beer. I am thinking of trying multiple supplements and would like anyones opinion on if it is a overkill or good combo.
Xfactor 2-2-1
Whey Protein in the mornings (brand?)
500mg Chitosan with 8 ounce of H2O
200 mcg x 3 Chromium Picolinate
Zma at night
Lasein protein at bedtime

from what i know of those, the whey protein will be best just after a workout since its absorbed very quickly. lasein protein? did u mean casein?? if you did, thats good before bed.. slow breaking down.. but i wouldnt put all your hopes in just the supplements. combine them with a healthy diet of about 5 small meals a day, LESS BEER, and a good exercise regimen and you should be good to go. keep us posted..

how long have you been working out? If you're a biginner(less than a year) then you should have you save your money, because you'll just be wasting it. The only thing I would go after would be malto and dextrose with some whey isolate protein for PWO. Fill out your profile so we can learn some suff about you and that way we can help you a little better.

I would consider myself a beginner because of the lack consistency on making it to the gym. A year or two ago I used Whey Protein from Vitamin World and enjoyed the taste. Can you guide me in the right direction to purchase Malto and Dextrose along with your whey suggestion. Also do you need to be a full member in order to fill out your profile completely?

No you don't need a full membership to fill out your profile. Go to proteinfactory.com and do a search for dextrose and maltodextrin. This stuff is very cheap and will last you a good while. Type in insuline spiking in the search button below look for a topic entitled "holy batman insuline spikes" or something like that you will learn a lot about these two supp. and how to use them correctly. the only time you should take these supp. is PWO. You should pick yourself up some whey prrotein isolate. Nectar by Syntrax makes the best tasting protein as far as I'm concerned. They have awesome flavors like fuzzy navel, sour apple, strawberry kiwi, it's a little pricey almost $30 but it's worth it to me. Those are the only three supp. you should be taking right now. I'm 2 years into hard core training and I'm now just starting to take other supp. You have to get your diet in order first and I mean perfect to a "T" before these supp. will even begin to help you, if at all. gl
