Ahhhh, there is your weight loss goal! 15 pounds can be reasonably done by watching your calories as I mentioned in the other post you posted and exercise. I would stick to the weight training vs. so much cardio so you keep the muscle you have. As Reddy said, women CAN NOT get too bulky, that is a big misconception (and for many as I've noticed throughout the years, their "excuse"). So, don't worry, with exercise and healthy eating you should be able to clear those 15 pounds up in no time! (Reasonably 1-2 pounds a week if you stick to it!)
Again, good luck to you and it is good to have you here on FT!

do full body exercise using compound exercises.....and watch your nutrition...focus on getting enough protein(about 1 g per 1 lb)....'toning' will involve losing mostly body fat...
as Reddy alreayd pointed out part of being female is that you don't produce testosterone the way males do(you produce very very very small quantities in your body)...so because of this you are very very unlikely to get 'bulky' or overly muscular....

There are some females that get bulky for women body. Sure we will not get as big as guys are, but we can get bulky to a women's standard. I, for example, have been a muscular chubby kid. My muscular-ness does not have any relation to my strength or athletic performance. Maybe my muscle grew but my bone didn't. therefore I have these short chunky muscle. I am 5', and my boyfriend is 6'1". our calf sizes are almost same!! If I have a choice, I want to have long lean muscle instead of short stocky one. Any idea how can I do that?

you can't change the shape of your muscles...that's just genetics...just how it is....
overly bulky females likely eat a lot...and are more overweight than overly muscular...
whenever you see a truly muscular woman(that loses her famel characterstics and starts to look trully musculine)...and it's quite rare...I seen some pictures of them...they are getting some help from Mr. Steroids....which allows them to get that way...
Just remember...you won't get bulky lifting heavy...you're not a man so you don't produce very much testosterone and if you limit your calories than you also can't get very big...(your nutrition is a huge factor ...so that you can limit your gains by maintaining your calories or even decide to slightly cut them)
