What is the best bexercise for the rear delts? Something that will really help 'em grow? I do barbell back presses which work out all sections of my delt but want something to really hit the rear delts. I used to do bent-over laterial raises but don't like the exercise and don't really see results. Any suggestions?
Thanks in advance!

Hey there keesio..
I prefer to do the revers-pec-dec exercise. Basically you lean your chest against the padding on the pec dec. Grasp the handles and with palm facing down, and bring your arms back. Try to keep your wrist, elbows and shoulder in the same level.
Good Luck

Arnold is right...that is probably the best. An alternative if your gym does not have this type of pec deck is bent over lateral raises. Sit on the edge of a bench, with a dumbell in each hand, and being bent over where your back is almost parallel with the bench, raise the dumbbells in an arcing motion, like hugging a tree. These are especially good supersetted with side lateral raises.

Thanks guys. I've done the reverse pec deck exercise once and like it. Unfortunately the gym I use now doesn't have a pec deck machine where you can set it to do the reverse. I've used the bent-over lateral raise but wasn't sure if that is the best exercise. But if that is indeed the best then I'll go back to it.
Thanks!

One more you might try that works great...put your chest flat up against an incline bench, stradled the opposite way you normally would for inclines, where you are flush against it. This is a great angle to hit the rear delts.
