I have been doing some looking and research on the two different compounds listed. I currently take CEE. But it seems like all the research that I do, the makers of CEE badmouth Creatine Monohydrate, and the makers of Creatine Monohydrate bad mouth Creatine Ethyl Ester. So which one is the one of your preference? Which one gives you the best results? Would it be a bad Idea to switch between one and the other midway through a bulking phase?
I know the 'supposed' difference between the two, but anyone who knows how to explain in it easy terms feel free to post it for others. Thanks for the help.

Here's a log that was done by bb1 on CEE. I think that it would help you greatly.

thanks!
Here is a question though. The stuff bb1 was taking is similar yet very different. The stuff I take is also a matrix- and it contains 3000mg of CEEM. Here are the major differences
Instead of taking it 45 minutes prior to your workout, you take this stuff immediately following your workout, and then take your PWO Shake 20-30 minutes following your dose. It says the reason for this is because it works best on an empty stomach.
Then you take your second dose 6-8 hours later. What differences do you think this would make?
Here is a link to more specifics on this stuff:

Another question for you- I also take some NO2 stuff before my workout (About 30 minutes before), and was checking out the ingrediants. I noticed it has something called 2CM (Dicreatine Malate), and alot of it. What is it?

DiCreatine Malate is creatine that has malic acid. Basically it is more potent than your standard creatine monohydrate. It's more water soluable thus resulting in greater absorption. what are the ingrediants in the CEEM, does it contain anything that would aid in recovery? I am not to familiar with this stuff. As far as taking it on an empty stomach, a PWO shake should be considered as a recovery in that I mean it's not really going to fill your stomach up, it's a liquid a meal and will digest quite rapidly. Liked to see what bb1 has to sat about this, if he comes across this thread.

Unfortunately, there are some quality issues with CEE right now giving it a bit of a black eye. I would wait to get some. Seems to be a problem with the raws from overseas.
As far as your product, looking at it I would follow label directions. But make sure you get your protein shake in, this will do nothing to build muscle without it. (CEEM)

Thanks for the input bb1 and justin, it has been very helpful. I make sure I get in the whey protien shake about 25-30 minutes after my dose of CEEM, 7 days a week (even though I only work out 5 of those 7):) And to re-explain the CEEM I take, I meant the CEEM works better on an empty stomach, not the PWO. I typed it incorrectly on my last post.
And yes justin, this does have stuff that helps aid recovery.
I have noticed a few results in the past 3 weeks using the stuff, I have gained about 5 lbs (which is tough for someone my build and size to do) and have increased my arm and chest sizes by a bit. Not 100% sure if it is the CEEM, but I don't want to jinx it by stopping taking it.

Don't want to sound like a buzz killer but more than likely most of the weight you put on in those 3 weeks was probably mostly water retention. Hence you feeling more swolen. 5lbs in 3 weeks is astronomical especially to be a muscle gain. it might be your diet especially if you've recently changed it(for the better) kepp up the good work.gl
